If your tracker has not logged in for 3 months or more the SIM card will have been deactivated and the account removed from the server. To reactive the SIM it will cost £25 Plus VAT if applicable.
In some cases, we will need to send you a new Sim if it is accessible or if it a sealed unit we will need it returning.
